Homestay extension fee

Homestay extension fee

12.1 If you would like to extend your stay with your allocated family, please complete the “Request for Extension” form at least 3 weeks prior to the expiry of your current contract.

12.2 We will discuss the extension request with the host family. The family may or may not be able to accommodate your request for an extension.

12.3 If the family are able to accept an extension, Hippo Homestay Limited will issue an invoice for fees for the period of the extension. Please make sure that the invoice is paid at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of your extension period. You will be charged an extension arrangement fee.

12.4 If the family are unable to accept the request for extension, and if you would like Hippo Homestay Ltd to arrange another family, the standard placement fee will apply.
